New project seeks to improve retention and graduation rates for students of color at University of Illinois: ‘They have a platform, they have the resources.’

A total of 15 organizations will participate, with representatives from The Illinois League of United Latin American Citizens, the NAACP Illinois State Conference and the Chicago Urban League.
