Cook County could get another 3 inches of lake-effect snow, forecasters issue winter weather advisory

Parts of Cook County could get another 1 to 3 inches of snow Wednesday just a day after the area was walloped by a system that dropped 6 inches of snow at O’Hare International Airport, the city’s official weather station.
