Rifle-wielding man charged after attacks on 2 women, cops in the Loop

A 29-year-old man has been charged after a series of attacks in the Loop on Thursday morning in which a rifle-wielding man struck a woman, tried to carjack another woman then aimed the rifle at Chicago police officers, police said.
