SWAT team responds to report of men with guns at South Loop commercial building, suspects released when pistol-whipped victim and 2nd partygoer won’t press charges, police say

A SWAT team was sent early Tuesday to a South Loop building after a call about men with guns and released five suspects after partygoers police believe the group attacked declined to press charges, police said.
