COVID-19 positivity rate in Illinois lowest in more than a month, and hospitalizations also down

Public health officials reported the lowest statewide COVID-19 positivity rate in more than a month Monday, and the weekly average of total statewide hospitalizations fell below 2,000 for the third day in a row.
