Body found in Valparaiso ruled homicide; man arrested at scene on unrelated charges

Officers with the Valparaiso Police Department were called around 8:16 p.m. March 21 to the 250 block of Michigan Avenue for a death investigation, and the coroner’s office was called to the scene just over an hour later.
